With over 30 years of experience in a wide variety of market sectors, Denis has directed teams of professionals and consultants across multiple disciplines, with executive responsibilities in project design, client representation, and project management. He founded and has operated his own practice since 2001 and has served as the VP of Architecture and Principal Architect of Record for various Design-Build firms throughout New England.
Denis was hired by WGW Architects in 2013, to help develop the firm’s presence in the Luxury High-Rise real estate market and to assist with the firm’s implementation and development of a Building Information Modeling project delivery methodology. He was promoted to Senior Associate when the firm transitioned ownership and became W Partnership. He then accepted a position at Shepley Bulfinch where he is now mentoring younger architects as a project manager, project architect, and construction administration lead on multiple projects. He has served as an Executive Architect, Project Director, Project Manager, and Project Architect for International and National Developers like Hines LP, Howard Hughes Corporation, and Provident Realty Advisors with projects in Houston, Dallas, New Orleans, and San Antonio. Denis has an established NCARB record and has been recognized for substantial professional contributions in both Architecture and Art. he was nominated as the Most Outstanding Emerging Artist in Wash., D.C. Metro area in 1984, selected as a member of the Architectural Advisory Committee for the Sandy Hook Elementary School project in Newtown CT in 2012 and a recipient of numerous citations for exceptional service for his role in the World Trade Center reconstruction in NY, NY.
